Little Caesars Pizza - Rapid City

Best Crazy Bread ever! I stopped in to get a quick order of Crazy Bread and was pleasantly surprised. The bread was uniform in size. Each piece had been lovingly sauced/cheesed. It was even packed with care. Some people here really care about providing top quality. 10 out of 10. Excellent!!!

With our last order, we had missed brownie dessert from the business 768893 mt. rushmore rd in rapid city, sd. when they call back to get a refund for the missed element (only $4 from a $40 order) I was told that we could not be refunded. only come back and get the product today or get it within 30 days. then the manager informed me that there was a sign that they took the dessert from the front. it felt like he had put it on us because he missed the brownies. all I think is signs are easy to miss in a lively lobby. When I had eaten about twice a year little ceasars, I didn't see myself coming back in 30 days. I explained this politely to the manager and was told that he could only refund the whole order, but would need the objects back. because we had finished a good part of our order before we found the dessert that was missing, this was not an option. after the courtesy return it would not be convenient, or even out of the far it would be worth coming back for a $4 article, and asked for a refund again; he explained that they cannot refund an article and he would need all the articles back. I thank him for making it super comfortable and telling him he didn't bother and has a nice day. with our technology and business systems it should be simple enough today to make it right with a customer. the customers jump through hoops to make a mishap right is ridiculous. sincere, no more

Worst fast food experience of my life occurred at this Little Caesars location today... Between the large pizza and crazy bread there had to be over a dozen long hairs cooked into my order. that was $10 in the trash can.

Pizza was amazing and cheap! They are consistent and the staff was nice. ?
