Il Cavallino Bianco - RAPALLO

Visited the venue with my wife for a pizza. The food and service was of a good standard all at a good price. The venue was very busy but the owners gave a good level of friendly service. Not so keen on the house wine but everything else was fine.

We were looking for something quick to eat whilst in Rapallo. And unfortunately we were running a little late for lunch, so when we stopped a local they recommended this place. We got there around 3pm but the waitress was more than happy to sit us down for lunch. The venue is nothing special, but the Pesto Pasta was AMAZING!! This typical local dish was served with beans which is just the way I like it. The food was fast, the service great, and very reasonably priced.

We took the tris with pizza, focaccia with cheese, flour, all special, excellent stuffed anchovies. Same for parmesan and chocolate cake. Also delicious the wine of the house. The environment is what you expect from a mouthfeel with an extremely nice holder.

Takeaway room with tables outside to consume. Great recco focaccia. The Margherita and the fish were cold. Knowing that we would eat there, maybe a warmer could give it

After a couple of years I came back. The cheese focaccia always remains very good. Delicate also in pizza version. I also tried the bagnun and the anchovies stuffed and deserve! A vegan friend was satisfied with the Ligurian soup (but it's the only option). Precise and courteous service. Try!
