I’m surprised this resturant still gets service with how rude they treat customers

The food is average, but the service is lacking—rude and disrespectful. As a Saturday customer who prefers not to cook on weekends, I usually order from Ella's Kitchen for convenience. While the food is acceptable, there have been times when it was either too salty or lacked sufficient spice. I typically tolerate this due to the convenience, but the woman at the counter acts as if she's doing customers a favor or handing out free food. Her rudeness and disrespect are off-putting. I will never return to this place. I'll choose to spend my money elsewhere, where it is appreciated. I would recommend avoiding Ella's Kitchen.

There’s no actual dining area, and the service is lacking—if you even manage to get any.

Be ready to wait 45 minutes to an hour for even the simplest dish orders. The customer service is truly disappointing.
