Laguna Beach Beer Company

I've been here maybe once or twice before but was never in love with the beers I tried. We came back again last Friday night and were pleasantly surprised it wasn't very crowded and still plenty of seating options. We opted for hazy ipas which were decent. We also decided to check out some of the food the pretzel and margherita flatbread. The pretzel was great! The flatbread was more like a pizza (which was fine because we love pizza) but the bread/dough was subpar. Based off the fact that local breweries are limited in this neck of the woods, and that they were advertising bingo nights, we may return.

Flatbread was a pizza. Simple menu change. But was burnt and chicken had a sharp bone in it. Bavarian pretzel was served with table salt not pretzel salt. Usually breweries have good food. Not the case here. I don’t leave reviews but felt obligated to warn the public before wasting money on food. Just drink the beer.Food: 1/5

Gina gave knowledgeable, quick and friendly service! My caprese sandwich was AMAZING! That bread is fire! Stouts honor, Laguna Negra and G8 were my favorite beers! Cheers!Food: 5/5

Beer, food, and service were all very good (5 stars), but overall review is 4 stars because it's pretty expensive and there is no detail on amount to pay. Somehow 2 pints, a sandwich and tip came to almost $40. Way too much for lunch.Food: 5/5
