We enjoyed the New Birria tacos and the Birria quesadilla, both of which were impressive, especially for a fast food place. The staff was very polite, and the restaurant was clean inside.

The Classic Chicken Burrito without beans is my go-to choice for something delicious and affordable nearby. Trust me, El Pollo Loco delivers on all fronts. I didn't realize this until recently; I always thought it might be a bit pricier given the quality of the chicken. However, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to treat my teenage daughter—don't let her size and cute face fool you, she can really eat!—and myself, including drinks and chips, for just $10. I always leave feeling full and satisfied, often without finishing my meal completely, which means my dog ends up with a tasty snack too. I'm definitely hooked now, so I guess I'll see you all there!

I've always loved El Pollo Loco, but sometimes they mess up your order if you don't check it before leaving. Fortunately, this time everything was fantastic!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Two times in a row, the drive through the window said they were all from salsa, but I could see that they were stacked in the kitchen. Don't go to El Pollen-Loco anymore. They'll cheat you.
