フィードバックを提供するI noticed several tables that hadn't been cleaned, but I eventually found a clean one near the entrance. After a bit of a wait, I finally received my sandwich, only to discover that they had still added mayonnaise to it. Overall, I was left unimpressed. I had enjoyed the Philly Cheese Steak in the past, but this experience was disappointing. In hindsight, I should have opted for the pizza buffet instead.
Your pizza always tastes great. I've been a supporter of this place for at least 20 years, although not very frequently. It used to be the most expensive pizza in the area, but unfortunately, this time the price has gone even higher. I probably won't return anytime soon.
Poor service and awful food! It was so bad that we requested a refund for our Calzone and Philly Sandwich, but they denied our request. I won't be returning.
I don't usually make any reviews, but this plase was terrible. Staff are badly managed. They ignore their guests and sit where guests can hear that they talk badly about other people. The place was not very welcoming and did not feel clean. I was new when they wanted to charge me $70 for our pizza salad and a drink for 3 ppl. The salad bar was empty and they only refilled the salad bar area (with gloves) because I asked for a refund after 20 minutes, then they wanted to watch. They can say they hate their jobs. I asked for a refund and because they didn't know how to refund my card and the manager wouldn't come forward, they had to give me money back. I pay $10 for three well drinks. If I wanted to drink a well, I could have gone to McDonald's for $1 big soda. My family and I ended up on a better pizza place that was $50 cheaper with excellent customer service and much better pizza.
The window said lunch buffet $8.99. I was charged $12.99 and tax for a total of $14.12. The manager said someone must have changed the sign. He then said the sign is 4 years old. He then said I just took it down. Which one if his lies is the truth? Pizza was old and cold. It was all bad for honest business practices. Do better and stop overcharging your customers.
