Hardee's - Raleigh

Service so good, I had to write about it. I even saved my receipt, so I can tell Hardee's how good I was treated. Mind you, I hit the drive thru here often, and food is always fresh. This time I stopped in... to a wonderfully clean establishment. I was greeted with a good day, and a smile. My order was prepared quickly, and freshly, and brought out to me. The soda machine served perfect Coke. As I'm eating, a lady came out to make sure I received my receipt, and to give everyone there a dollar off coupon for breakfast. As I was going to leave, she came around and took my tray. Straight up... this location seems blessed with good employees. In a shopping center with lots of food options, Hardee's shot up to the number one spot. A pleasure to eat there, and write this.

I went in last week and I got one of those fried cheese wheel thick burgers, they messed up on the burger and it was cold. I came in today with my reciept and after arguing with them another employee, a very nice n polite women said she remembered me and she made sure my burger was replaced. The 2nd time around it was very good.

The food was excellent—hot and well-prepared. However, it did take quite a while, at least over six minutes, which made me rush to finish it so I wouldn’t be late for work. This location tends to be slow for some reason, but if you're not in a hurry, it’s fine. On my next visit, I was served much faster; it took only about three minutes. The fries were warm but not steaming hot, which is understandable given the quick service. I appreciate that the staff here are very accommodating, especially towards customers with special needs, showing great patience and kindness. The special needs customers are always really friendly as well. I will definitely continue to support this business.

This charming older establishment is well-maintained and offers delicious biscuits, accompanied by excellent service. The restrooms are clean as well.

The fries here are wonderfully balanced in seasoning, unlike many fast food places where they tend to over-salt. Usually, fast food fries come in three salt levels: too much, way too much, and are you kidding me? But here, they add just the perfect amount. Thank you to everyone for making my day!
