Chipotle Mexican Grill - Raleigh

The location was quite disappointing. The tables were dirty, there were bugs on the wall, and both the floors and food station were in disarray. It wasn't particularly busy at the time, so there really isn't a justification for the lack of cleanliness. I ordered a basic bowl with beans and rice, but the beans were surprisingly crunchy. On a positive note, they quickly corrected my order and were very friendly about it. However, I found the portion sizes to be rather small. Overall, I believe Chipotle is too expensive given the quality of food and service I received.

The restaurant was clean and offered plenty of seating options, including some outdoors. There was ample parking available both in the front and on the side. The staff were friendly, and I received a warm welcome as soon as I entered. My online order was ready for pickup right on time. However, once I got home and started eating, I was disappointed to find HAIR IN MY FOOD. Since I have braids, I’m sure it wasn't my hair. This was very disheartening, especially because the hair was long—definitely not just a couple of inches. It was quite unpleasant.

I haven't dined in the restaurant itself, but I've ordered food online from them. Based on my experiences, I've really enjoyed the tacos and burritos—they're fresh and full of flavor. I did find the soft tacos to be a bit spicy, which I personally love. Eating this fresh food has really boosted my mental well-being. Overall, I will definitely be returning for more tacos and burritos. P.S. The Mexican sodas are fantastic!

The service was disappointing. The staff appeared to only do the bare minimum—not friendly, but not outright rude either, just indifferent. Most of the tables were dirty, even though there were plenty of employees around who didn’t seem busy. The food itself was decent, but my main complaint is that I ordered double meat and paid extra for it, yet the portion I received was shockingly smaller than what I usually get at other Chipotle locations I frequent.

Honestly, my experience here was a nightmare! One day, a child came in who hadn't washed his hands after smoking and took my order while on a phone call, using his AirPods and ignoring everything I said. When I asked for a little hot sauce, he ended up pouring an entire panful instead. The service has consistently gotten worse, despite my frequent orders. The manager was rude and the customer service was terrible.
