3 Olives Pizza Deli - Raleigh

Don't be afraid to pass this place. I have ordered several occasions from this restaurant due to the sociality factor, but McDonalds will be my stop when I eat in the 440/Poole Rd area. Didn't have any decent pizza yet wrong and undercooked. Do not ask for extra sauce, then simply get a cheese pizza without sauce.

Pay your workers a fair wage and overtime and maybe they would take care of more about their jobs, food for thought.

My pizza and wings were hot, but the pizza was too fat and it cost too much, I spent $40 almost on a 12in pizza and 8 wings and a 2 liter soda was never again.

If there was a negative star I would give it. I heard great things about this place so I was excited to see it on my way to a job right in time for lunch. I called in and placed an order over the phone for a cold 6 sub with EXTRA lettuce because my drive is far and I wanted the lettuce to help prevent my sandwich from getting soggy. Whoever took my order over the phone offered me and upcharged lunch special for $9 with fries and a drink. Long story short there was completely no lettuce on my sandwich. When I called and asked for a refund since I was 40mins away and my lunch would have been over if I tried to come back while they remake it, their response was we can give you a $3 store credit. I told him that was pretty short due to the inconvenience on their end and that I probably would not be coming back there and his next response was well I can give you the $3 in cash but you will still have to come in and pick it up. I don't understand why I should have to use my gas to get my money back for an error on their behalf. I paid with a card but they said they can only give me a full refund on my card which they are not interested in doing. I'm Disgusted! Going to get my $3 in cash and just thought I'd get my remaining balance of $6 through my review for the people who actually read review before they go somewhere to eat. Never going back here for food again
