フィードバックを提供するBad experience. We were at lunch, the first thing we found was that the payment terminal didn't work. We had to withdraw cash, nothing in it, but the staff behaved in the situation with a completely nonchalant attitude. The restaurant was almost empty, but it still took closer to 30 minutes for the food to arrive. And it would have been good; the wasabi and ginger were dry and the sushi was cold shelf level. Definitely not a portion worth 16 euros, or even a lunch-priced 13 euros. No attempt from the staff to make contact or even apologize for the situation; no greeting, thanks. Perhaps the worst service I have ever received!
Fast and nice customer service, the food is nothing amazing. Butter chicken was a bit mushy and boring, I mostly thought of a meal with overcooked chicken pieces. A little more rice and a separate dollop of yogurt sauce or raita, then it would have been a better portion right away, then some bread and maybe a small salad on the side, and the set starts to be ready. Decent Sushi with more vegan options than the Avarage Sushi joints offer. The menu has kaizendon (Sashimi rice dishes) and delicious (but a little too pricy) Japanese secondary dishes. The presentation and flavors were good. A bit expensive, especially considering the slow service.
I love Hanko bowl with tuna or salmon. Last two times, the person who has to do with my pickup order gave me a fork instead of sticks after I specifically asked about sticks. This also happened last week when the summery person who served me claimed that she had no idea what the sticks were and, according to my explanation, claimed they had no. You serve JAPANESE food, come together!
