Dunkin' - Racine

One of the employee decided it was smart idea to talk about me right in front of me to another employee. I work 3rd shift so when I get off I’m not very talkative. Two different times they intentionally left the caramel out of ice coffee (the guy was staring at me as I tried it the second time since I was suspicious after the first. when I came in later that day after trying my coffee again (I drink my coffee in the afternoon since I work 3rd shift all the employees kept staring, laughing, and talking in a different language. Quite honestly, even if Dunkin’s is a franchise, they’re giving Dunkin’ Donuts a terrible name. I’ve found another one close to my job and so far, it’s been a better experience for sure. I was a regular for a long time at the old one but now I drive out of my route home after work to go to the better one. I’m just now looking at the other reviews and I'm not the only one it seems. Legitimately unacceptable.

This Dunkin location was efficient, kind, and considerate!I appreciate all the kind workers that are working on a holiday. My sister and I rolled up on Thanksgiving and were greeted with a smile, and a “Happy Thanksgiving.” It’s not fun to have to work on a holiday but the workers are making the most out of it. Thank you for all the hard work you do to keep this Dunkin running smoothly everyday!

Customer service is awful! Slow service had seven people behind the counter working. After waiting in line inside for almost 10 minutes, I tried to place my order and she says “one second” and never came back. I left and will not go there again. I should’ve have left when other people behind me were walking out. Don’t deserve any stars, but wouldn’t let me post without it.

Went through drive through got some munchkins, ice cream, and a large iced coffee! They forgot my staw, had to run inside to get one!!!

Clean, but poor service. I stood there waiting to order with three employees aware of but not even acknowledging me for nearly five minutes.
