Star restaurant experience. we stayed last night in this restaurant with 4 other friends and were very amazed first of all by the very suggestive and relaxing location, and then by the service and quality of the kitchen. attention to detail and passion for this work is also known that all courses have also been accessible to people who are intolerant to gluten, making them also participate in this gourmet experience with a path of degotation to be discovered. we chose the formula with the degotation of 3 dishes and we were happy at first by many small appetizers prepared by the chef wisely and with strong scenic effect. the first impact price may seem a little high but surely it is low compared to the level of delicacies you eat and the attention and work behind it. we can only make a plaution to the owners who have created an exclusive corner in the Salento reevaluating most of our often forgotten villages.

A completely unconventional place, a refined cuisine, the respect of raw materials and the transformation of the same are the main ingredients that the chef has already found wanted to give us! an absolutely fantastic dinner in a magical, intimate, warm but above all the feeling of feeling at home thanks also to the stefania chef who manages the room, explaining with great satisfaction, sweetness and delicacy their courses (I would call them creations) . very professional room staff! very provided cellar at the end of the dinner excellent coffee selection left us speechless! I feel like making an appeal to all negative reviews, this is a concept of refined cuisine that goes away from the conventional kitchen of “TRATTORIA” not suitable for those who are not ready for these culinary adventures! but it is never too late to discover new, technical and combinations! Experience to forget!! ! Very nice and suggestive place, but for the rest all bad .from the aperitif offered by the house all tastes with special but not pleasant products to the palate. Then to pass to the non-existent starters in the shrimp tartare there was 1 raw shrimp cut into 4 tiny pieces!!!! and only so much foam and visual things but unfailing. The first coupons but with 2 forgattate you finished them and the second do not comment them even because they were enterprisesntabili from the burnt polyp (also made present )high count!! 5 euros of covered per head and bottles of different water one from the other incerately I would prefer to eat the first that you introduced me in human portions and pay it 20 euros rather than pay 130 euros and leave with hunger after so many insignificant and unordered dishes that I understand they make raise the price for raw material and a lot of workmanship .personal not to height.
