Like, it's amazing how good the food can be from here when she is working, but she can't work every single day.I have been hoping that one day they get someone else in that store that cares about customers happiness as much as she does, so then when she takes a break, the other person takes over, but it hasn't happened yet.Food is still great, there are just people that care about making good food and the rest just want to make a paycheck. Nothing wrong with either mind you, but when you go out to eat, you can tell who enjoyed preparing the meal and who just threw it together. That's all I'm saying.
Pizzas were loaded with vegs and meats, service with a smile as well! Good job ladies!Parking: No issues parking.
When it comes to pizza chains, Pizza Hut in Quitman is a familiar landmark on the culinary map. It's the place you go to when the craving for a cheesy slice hits or when the family demands a quick, satisfying dinner. The menu is a parade of Pizza Hut classics, from the Meat Lovers to the Original Stuffed Crust. The wings, pastas, and desserts are also part of the ensemble, offering a variety for every palate. However, the experience can be as mixed as their Supreme Pizza. On one hand, the staff deserves applause. They're often described as nice and manage to keep their cool even when the place is buzzing with activity. Their efforts to get the order right, despite the rush, should not go unnoticed.Yet, the establishment itself seems to be in a bit of a pickle. The building could use some sprucing up, and the Sunday buffet, while an attractive concept, sometimes disappoints with less-than-hot offerings. At $10 per person, one expects every slice to be as warm as the welcome. The pizza? It's the taste of nostalgia. It's what you expect from Pizza Hut: comforting and familiar. But sometimes, comfort comes with a side of inconsistency. A piping hot pepperoni pizza on one visit, a lukewarm Margherita the next.In summary, Pizza Hut is like that old friend you have mixed feelings about. You know what you're getting into, and sometimes, it's exactly what you need. Other times, you wish they'd surprise you with something more.
The pizza was good. There was no working bathroom for a 5 year old to use. The online instructions were not followed. Wanted it to be separated with half to be cheese and the other half with toppings. All of the pizza had toppings.
Ordered online to be ready at 6:15. Arrived at 6:15 with one customer in front of us. Once it was my turn, was told to give her 5 minutes so she could cut it. There were only 2 people working (front counter and in the back he was wearing house shoes or slippers). Other people came in to place orders and pickup.Got pizza at 6:42 after standing there waiting for it to be cut. It was no longer fresh. Super dry. Was no offered an apology for the wait.A third employee came back in about 6:35 and started to work on pizzas that were ready from oven, including ours. She was grouchy and arguing with other 2 employees in front of the customers waiting.Of the 3 employees, none were moving quickly or with energy or an attitude of doing their best.Very poor experience. Will not come here again.
