Hot China Buffet - Quitman

Really good food, long wait to pick up pre-ordered food and really surprised that none of our dishes came with rice.

Ming is a great person and was a great help. We greatly appreciate this Chinese place in Quitman.

We eat here at least once a month, the food is always good, the staff is always friendly. The portions are great, you feel like you get what you pay and then some. I never had a bad meal from here. I work slowly through the menu and everything I ordered was great. Thank you very much for being a reliable and consistent food we will come back.

This is the most self-service restaurant I've ever encountered. You'll need to clean your own table and eat off paperboard trays. However, the food was decent. They serve the best Rangoon, and the chicken skewers were really tasty. Unfortunately, the buffet was poorly stocked when I visited at 12:30 PM on a Friday, with only three or four items available. The buffet itself was quite small, featuring a hot bar, salad area, and some supposed desserts. For the local area, it's considered excellent, but on a broader scale, I'd rate it four stars. Just a heads up: if you haven't been there before, be prepared to pay upfront and ask for a cup to make your own drink.
