From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and so attentive and kind. They all worked incredibly hard to make our evening pleasant.

I finally went ahead and reserved a igloo for brunch. It was my first experience so that I added the bottomless Mimosas option. Overall it was a good experience: the staff was very friendly and helpful, the igloo was warm and beautiful. I was a little disappointed in food: it took awhile to get it and there were not a lot of options to choose from. When I booked the experience, I did not know that only the flatbreads were included in the $30 fee and everything else was extra. I see why they don't have a traditional brunch food, the table in the igloo can't fit much. And that's okay. They also advertise the igloo for 12 people, but we had 9 and it was tight. I think it is a good one-time / special occasional experience.

Such a great time in the igloo. The food, drink, and wait staff were exceptional!!

Good food, good service and good friends. The only negative was that the gate was open during dinner and left a restless feeling when people passed.
