Hyderabad Express Indian Bistro

Ordered a dish and it gives you the option on Grubhub for either rice or chapatti. The lady on the phone said they do not give chapati when I’m fact I order it all the time. She was very rude and kept hanging up on me. Very unprofessional. People like that should not be working there. Ever since I have not spent another penny there. Lost a good customer because of your bad employee

I respectfully asked for mild spice in my curry but it was extremely hot. Also, I asked them to leave out the raw onions but my chicken biryani and goat buryani had raw onions.

They forgot one complete dish ordered. Another appetizer was not very good. The main dish was spicier than requested. Overall the temperature was cold to all. I heated up the main dish and it was tasty otherwise. They had no option for Naan bread on their menu which I found strange for an Indian restaurant

Our order was delayed about 10-15 mins- not a big deal, except that it arrived totally cold. It had obviously been sitting around. Also, we had ordered mild for seasoning (we have kids) and everything was so spicy (other than the dosa) that it was literally inedible. And we LIKE spicy food! We literally just threw a $90 order in the trash and ate apples for dinner. I'd never recommend this place.
