Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Queens

Beware of this popeyes location! I only go to this place because my friend is in this area of queens and she drives and this place has a ride through. 3 times in the last 5 orders from this 217th street hillside avenue queens village location was deliberately cheated. the first two times were from the drive through and the third time went in to monitor what the workers did when it was not busy. if this place is not busy when they know that there is no excuse for errors, they will deliberately cheat. they will rock hard no meat wings to mix into a large row of wings, they give them legs and thighs instead of chest and wings, they give them a cup of kartoffel and gravy filled less than the half away instead of full. the only article they do not cheat on are the Cajunries, but they may have to wait longer until they are packed into their order. do not drive away or leave the inner of the load until they check their order and do not hesitate to tell them to fix the order. if they refuse to repair the order, then ask for a refund and maybe if enough people intentionally cheat on ordering them actually fill order to pay what customers pay. pay with cash when I was there last week when the kartoffel dish was half filled, there was a customer who complained about a overload on their debit card and the manager had to make several phone calls to find out how to refund this customer $4.37

This is so horrific. I went to the drive thru around 7pm. I used my debit card to pay for my meal . At 9pm I got a text message from my bank to say my card was declined because the pin wasn’t entered . I called my bank to find out what was going on and was told that my card was used to placed and order for $30 off of tick tock .someone stole my card information from this Popeyes and tried to used it for their own person gain . This is so horrible. I am in shock. How can these people try to steal someone hard earn money. I called the store tried to get in contact with a manager and no one answers the phone . Please people do not use your card at this location.

It was pleasant and the cashier was very nice, courteous, and pleasant. With a smile. I like this Popeyes very much. And there food is always delicious...Kid-friendliness: It's a Restaurant and kids can go there too.Parking: They have a big parking lot with lots of rm.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are big enough for the wheelchairs to get inside.

Love the food here, but customer service sucks it felt like the people didn’t even want to work there and their attitude towards taking a simple order.

Usually get the 13 piece chicken only deal for takeout. I get mixed spicy and mild to accommodate my family. Not much side choices so its better to cook your own sides at home. Side choices are mash potatoes, rice and red beans, and coleslaw. Chicken is nicely fried with crunchy skin. The seasoning they used is salty for my taste.
