Panera Bread - Queens

Dreadful kitchen management. first, if the order is not ready, do not write to their customers say that it is ready for picking up and then let them wait for another 10 minutes. secondly, someone like manager seems so rude. if they make mistakes, then just apologize for it. do they not pretend to be their fault and blame the customer for frustrated, not least if they wear masks, do they not leave their nose out in order?

As busy as this Panera Café can be, in NY, service runs very well and modified orders have always been correct. Plenty of seating is available. Restrooms are clean. They have better coffee than some other Panera Cafés I've been to. Parking always easy and available.Food: 5/5

I don’t recall if there has ever been a time when I wasn’t dissatisfied with this Panera. Somehow they manage to either mess up an order, run out of ingredients, lemonades are room temperature…. Please please please save your money and go elsewhere.

Not only did I have to wait and watch many people who ordered AFTER me get their food before I did....but hours later when I decided to eat my sandwich, I look and realize that they didn't even give me the sandwich I ordered. I am so tired of this place. The last time I was here I waited forever as well. Terrible terrible experience.

I came here for breakfast today and this was not a very pleasant sight to see.
