Koreatown Fried Chicken - Queens

Their chicken is bomb! It's really crispy and not dry at all! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the soy garlic sauce was extremely salty and didn't have the sweet tangy taste that typical Korean fried chicken places would have. Secondly their picked daikons tasted rather stale!

I am disappointed to give this restaurant one star, as they used to be good. However, their quality has declined this year and every dish has suffered. The taste is now comparable to a poorly executed Chinese restaurant. The desserts are stale, and the sauces are unappetizing. I would recommend steering clear of this place.

The fries have noticeably decreased in size since they changed suppliers to a cheaper option that absorbs unhealthy amounts of oil. This is a terrible, heartless business that doesn't even care about getting orders right.

I do not recommend spending your money at this restaurant. I tried their fried chicken sandwich and soy garlic Korean fried chicken. The sandwich was soggy and the fried chicken was old and overcooked, making it very hard. I didn't even get to finish eating before I had to throw it away.

However, since new ownership took over this year, the quality of the food has declined significantly. The chicken now resembles something you would find at a low-quality Chinese restaurant that happens to serve wings. The vegetables are no longer fresh and the sauces are unappetizing. I would recommend avoiding this place.
