Kfc - Queens

The service left me feeling very disappointed. I ordered a dish but ended up canceling it half an hour later for no particular reason. Overall, it was quite unpleasant.

To be fare was first time at this particular KFC. That being said. Took forever no dipping sauce. Fries were cold. Deserve two stars, again trying to be fair. Looked l in ke there was only two employees there

Found out my order was wrong after I got it home. I had asked to substitute legs for wings and this wasn't done, biscuits were not cooked all the way. Also, website advertises 3 large sides with 8 piece bucket but store only gives 2. You should correct this on website.

I've been here 4 times . 4 times I gave this place a chance and was disappointed EVERYTIME.3 out of 4 times my chicken sandwich was RAW and the Mac and cheese I got for my daughter was rancid! So please just stay away . Nasty.

The food is just okay, but surprisingly, the cookies are quite good. The staff are helpful and friendly.
