The noodles were also delicious and there was plenty of them. The spiced edamame, however, was just average. I would definitely return for the soup.
The Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice dish in the photo may show noodles, but the actual dish is indeed the rice version. The portion is large and comes with plenty of meat. It offers a good balance of lean and fatty pork.
The picture is noodles but the name is rice. I feel ripped off.
The food at this restaurant is incredible and the soup container they use is fantastic. It has a secure seal and a separate tray to keep the noodles from getting soggy. I highly recommend trying the Braised Beef Noodle Soup. I give it a 1000000% recommendation.
Came here last week because my friend and I were craving for noodle and we both had never tried this place even tho passes by million times in Flushing (too many options as always) They have different kinds of noodles soup base: spicy, tomato, soybean and so on. Both my friend and I ordered the tomato soup base with beef and tendon. I think the soup base is pretty good and I like the texture of noodle. However, I did not see any tendon in my bowl not my friends either.. just beef. Quite disappointing. Portion is good but I think it's considered pricy in flushing $15 per bowl. Also, the waitress kept staring at us and wanted to see if we were going to leave or not even though there were many tables available and no one waiting
