Fortune Glatt Kosher Chinese Take Out

I loved the Diced Chicken with Cashew Nuts, it was delicious. The Vegetable Egg Roll was also very good - not oily at all. My meal at Fortune Glatt kosher was excellent. I will definitely order from them again.

We ordered from Fortune via DoorDash for the first time. I was pleased to see they offered Chicken or Beef with Bean Sprouts, as other kosher Chinese restaurants in Queens rarely use bean sprouts. However, when our order arrived, there was no sauce on the dish, only watery liquid. Additionally, my rice was missing. After calling, I was informed that it would take an hour to send the rice, and was told that the clear, watery liquid on the dish was actually a white sauce. The beef had good texture but lacked flavor, as it was stir-fried with salt and sugar. The sesame chicken was decent, but the sauce tasted store-bought, overly thick and sweet. I also found the chicken wings to be undercooked. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

I can't believe it took me so long to finally try this restaurant. My uncle has been ordering from here for years, and now I see why. The food is incredibly fresh, delicious, and easy on the stomach. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal!

Horrible experience. Extremely small portions. Rude and unprofessional staff. Will not be returning. Total waste of $20. Save your money and dine elsewhere.
