Burger King - Queens

The food and service were ahead of my expectations. We absolutely loved the vibes of this restaurant. Great restaurant to take my family out for dinner.

The security guy and staff are very nice! : One of the security guy helped me a few times at BK. He was so nice enough to get me a bag to carry my order and ask for a new soda lid when mine fell off the table.

The food is great and I have yet to encounter a problem with any of the food I eat here. The employees are very friendly and make the interaction quite easy. The service can be quite slow but it's in a location that can be very busy. Overall would recommend to anyone craving some BK.

!!A CAUTION TO EVERYONE. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!! I ordered my food via delivery service app and I realized that I was eating mold. Both french fries and onion rings had molds on it (as you can see from the photos). Disgusting! I called the store but no one answered. Therefore, I immediately requested for a refund through my delivery service app and showed them pictures so they can address this problem with Burger King. But this isn't just an issue with getting my money back. This is some serious safety and health issue. Molds on food can cause allergic reactions and respiratory problems in susceptible people. I suffered from vomitting and diarrhea!!!!! I will be reporting this location to Department of Health. I won't be eating at Burger King again or any other fast-food restaurant after this incident. I'm feeling sick to my stomach just thinking about it again.
