Kneaders Bakery Cafe - Queen Creek

The gentleman working the drive thru today was phenomenal. Super nice young man! But... this is the first time I have ordered the chicken salad croissant. Is this really all the chicken that is supposed to be in it?

The restaurant was totally empty when I arrived. I waited over 5 minutes to be greeted. They appeared very short staffed and were taking drive through orders over dine in. They were out of sour dough bread and put the Kneaders sauce on my sandwich that I asked them not to. They fixed me a new sandwich. I bought a loaf of bread with a price tag that said 8.29, yet my receipt showed a charge of 9.09. Not really a big deal but was kind of disappointed with everything else that went wrong. Overall the experience was ok.

I didn't catch her name, but it was the wonderful person with the pink hair and pink lollipop earrings that really made the experience. They where so kind and really helped me feel better when I was sick and just feeling like falling off the world. So for that I will happily go back, hopefully I see that bubbly person again. I still have the nice note they left for me.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager refused to take my call, so I am resorting to leaving an online review. When I received my to-go order, I discovered that I had been given the wrong sandwich. I had ordered a Classic Veggie sandwich, but received a bacon and ham sandwich instead. This was frustrating as I live 25 minutes away and cannot easily return to the store for the correct order. I spent over $10 on a sandwich, so I expect to receive the correct item. The employees at this location need to be more careful and double-check orders before handing them out. Additionally, the inventory procedures should be re-evaluated as they were already out of croissants halfway through the day. This experience was disappointing and I hope that it improves in the future.

The club sandwich was excellent. The bread was fresh and the deli meat was flavorful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it took 20 minutes to receive.
