Service was fast and friendly! Our dairy queen coupon was having difficulty being run, but Mathew at the drive though window was patient and got us taken care of. Thank you

After a horrendous day, I treated myself to a Blizzard. The service was friendly and quick, along with a smile.

Needed a sweet treat, and this hit the spot! We went inside and had no wait, and the employee running the register was attentive as soon as we walked in. We had a difficult time deciding (can't blow ice cream day! , but she waited patiently. We ordered a sundae and a blizzard; both were ready quickly and tasted great. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

I waited in the building to order ice cream for 15 minute at the register. But notice 5 people with headset working and running around not focused on the customers at the register in the building ready to order. The excuse was they did not expect the rush and under staffed. The person inline right after us got waited on in seconds. I watched at least 7 vehicles pass by the drive through why waiting at the register to order. No manager or supervisor was onsite and asking for contact information and did not receive it. Very disappointing experience and service.

I got the reeses peanut butter blizzard is was super good! Every blizzard I have gotten so far have been good and I have barely scratched the surface!
