We visited friends and handed over this pastry business on holiday. We decided to try some desserts. Not disappointed. The chocolate mousse was very rich, but a little sweet. The coffee cake was really good. When we arrived late, there were not many possibilities.

Long standing bakery with organic products. excellent selection of pastes and some places to sit at the table and have a beautiful coffee.

Sad The service was very good. The bread and the croissant were not from day.. The lady talked together and forgot we were there.

If you happen to be in St Roch or Limoilou area of Quebec and we often are far away from the tourist crowds, this part of Quebec City is growing and becoming very good for cafes and restos. This is an unassuming patisserie cafe... but pleasant staff and the bext Chou a la Creme I have had in years. Just a nice place to relax very local. Sandwiches and take outs such as lasagna and pies also.
