Panarottis Express Trianon

The food was of excellent quality and comes highly recommended. I had a fantastic experience there and will definitely be returning very soon.

I ordered a pizza, and it was packed in the box surprisingly haphazardly, with toppings all over the place and slices scattered around. However, it was one of the better panarottis I've had. The place gets really busy during peak hours, but you won't be disappointed. They are generous with their portions and ensure that the pizza is cooked all the way through, which is more than I can say for the location at Bagatelle.

I had a very disappointing experience at Panarottis Trianon due to the service. I was in line, and when it was my turn, the cashier directed me to the next counter. When I moved to the second counter, she returned to the first one and took the order of the person who was behind me. They seemed to be friends, chatting casually and taking their time, completely ignoring me as I waited. The woman didn’t even apologize or greet me; she just asked what I wanted without any courtesy. I was really frustrated but tried to remain calm, as I didn't want to say something I'd regret. Please ensure your staff is better trained to provide satisfactory customer service!
