Golden Hong Kong Palace - Quatre Bornes

I absolutely love the food there. I order at least twice a week. The consistency is on point. Some restaurants are hit and miss but with this one, you know exactly what you’re getting. The staffs are friendly and you can see that they always give it their all (especially when the restaurant is packed, which happens pretty often). Highly recommended.

Food is ok. However, the service is awful, particularly from the owners! They will never welcome you, ask you if the food was ok or even thank you when you pay the bill. Sometimes they won't look at you at all...

Food is great, especially their Boulette de Chouchou

Good food nice place to have lunch, dinner in a cosy place. The dim sum is awesome, the place is always full so I highly recommend to make a booking prior to ensure a table else you can try your luck but be sure to go early.

You'll never really have any sorts of disappointment when it comes to taste, and food quality. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star, isn't because of waiting time nor prices, but because of the amount of food you get for the price. I'm fine paying expensive to get good food, but I also expect a good portion of it. These days, it seems that they give you less for what you pay for and this is my only criticism. For example, 5 portions of fried rice only comes in 2 plates now. At the time, it was 3 full plates. A portion of crispy chicken now only has 2-3 bits as opposed to 4-5. HOWEVER the food is bliss, the quality is great and the ambiance overall is pretty nice. One of the top Chinese restaurants on the island, full stop.
