La Nuova Stella - QUARRATA

After three years we went twice for dinner. The 1st time was a Saturday night and the place was very busy. My pizza came after 40 mnts. The personel was trying its best but they weren't professionals. The kitchen was problematic. The owner was trying to normalize the flow of the service. The second time we went in a week day with few customers. The service was O.K. The Pizzas werren't as good as used to be. The prices remained the same. I have the feeling that they wiil become as good as before and I intend to visit the place in my next trip to Tuscany. Before we were giving 10/10 . This time we gave 7/10

Ho fatto una piacevole scoperta in questo ristorante. Non ho dato più stelle solo perché l'ambiente non mi ha convinto molto, ma la pizza, gli antipasti e i dolci erano molto soddisfacenti. Ho visto anche primi e secondi piatti che sembravano molto interessanti. Mi riprometto di tornare per provarli. Il personale è cordiale e il conto finale è onesto. L'unica pecca è che il locale avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, per il resto è promosso.
