The food used to be tastier!!! The staff were polite and it was pleasant to interact with them. I have been a loyal customer for 28 years. Now, they react to minor comments like wild animals.

The food is delicious, and the place is clean. It's cool in the café, and everything was served quickly. They let you know if any dishes take longer to prepare. Overall, everything is excellent. The only downside is the parking. There are several cafés, but many cars are crammed into the small area.

I was impressed with this place right from the start. The food is delicious, the menu is extensive, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly, and I didn’t encounter any issues. The interior looks nice and has a cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating. I highly recommend that everyone from Rostov and Taganrog visit this restaurant. I've been stopping there for a snack for 20 years whenever I travel to Rostov. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined a bit; the bread seems a bit stale and isn't even sliced. The solyanka isn't what it used to be, although the cutlets still hold their quality for now. They also expect you to get your own glasses now, and the lack of cashless payment via phone number is rather disappointing for a place like this.
