Subway - Puyallup

Absolutely disgusting! Terrible customer service. The young man working asked me 3 times what kind of bread while checking his cell phone WITH GLOVES ON! I have been a regular customer at this location for over a year. This was a new employee I've never seen who barley spoke English. While he was wearing gloves that he contaminated he had a long messy man bun and facial hair and was NOT wearing a hair net. Only veggies visible the meat and cheese were blocked from our view. Which is new! New owner has taken over and would not recommend going to this location. Owner lady was working in the back and fully aware of how this employee engaged in our transaction.

Ugh ... Just not good, at all. Wrong cheese, had to ask for my sandwiches toasted FOUR times, he still wrapped it up. Had him unwrap and toast and then it was like 30 secs. I had a Philly (I know, I should know better) and they only had onions (also this location has the cheese and meat case fully covered so couldn't see them yikes), which since the sandwich wasn't properly toasted, they were straight raw onion slices. There was one cookie left and it was a crumbling mess, but my daughter wanted it, so we went with it. Hardly any veggies. Yes, the restaurant is clean so that's something. $55 for 2 foot longs, a 6 inch, 2 drinks and chips. Never again!!

I came to this restaurant as a last hope for a fresh sandwich. The customer service was great, but the ingredients looked sad. I probably should have declined. The cucumbers and shredded salad seemed like they were from the bottom of the barrel and lacked crunch. I did take into account that it was close to closing time.

Visited this Subway location at 10:15am on a Saturday morning. No wait in line. Restaurant was clean, girl behind the counter was prompt and friendly. My sandwich was good, the bread was fresh.Vegetarian options: You can order a veggie subKid-friendliness: Easy place to bring kids

This place is a joke got mailed coupons they don't take them don't be mislead they won't take them save yourself a trip.
