The Keys - Put in Bay

I would not recommend this restaurant. The hostess, Karen, rudely informed us that we could only sit at the bar, despite the fact that we had six people in our party. The bar area was empty, and there were also empty tables inside. Outside, there were only about four to six customers, and the stools had a tiny ledge, making it uncomfortable for anyone to eat there. We ended up sitting at the bar on the right side. Unfortunately, Karen returned to us with a rude attitude again, even though there seemed to be no one else around since they close around 7 PM. It seems like they’re losing business over serving customers food when they could be making money on alcohol. We ultimately decided to leave after receiving only two drinks and went to another establishment.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience! I stepped out of my comfort zone in search of the best sandwich in Put-in-Bay, and I found it: the grilled cheese on Texas toast. It was incredibly delicious! Combine that with exceptional service and a great atmosphere, and you can't go wrong at this spot!

We ordered the fish finger appetizer, but the bread was too hard and there was barely any fish in it. For $16, it was a disappointment! We also tried the child's meal for $12, which had fish sticks, and it was the same issue. The child's mac and cheese was just average. Overall, I feel like it really wasn't worth it at all.

On Tuesday in summer at 14 o'clock stood here and sat immediately. had the blackened mahi mahi sandwich with sweet potatoes and my man had the Cuban. he said it was one of the best Cubans he ever had. the sweet potatoes were the charged as side to my sandwich worth. the service was fast and friendly!

Super menu. Food is delicious. For vegetarian, black bean burger with a side of rice and beans, sweet potato fries is great. Their chicken soup is good too. Great service. Outdoor seating is pleasant except for the fact that could see few water snakes. Nice ambience. Neat restrooms.
