Pizza Hut - Puntarenas

This place is good, just need more attention, the customer service can be more nice, and the food is not bad.

...than Pizza Hut....it's a Pizza Hut in a foreign country. I cant' believe I got talked into eating here, so shame on me. Yes, this place is cheap, but you get what you pay for and it's down right terrible! In my opinion, anybody who rates this above average or excellent should be removed from this website as they have no concept of how good food pizza in this case is supposed to taste...again, just my opinion.

Everything is pretty decent. Keep in mind if you are from the United States. Some of the items do taste different than in the US. Prices are VERY expensive, however everything in Costa Rica is very expensive. Please remember that even though a tip is included, it is small and EVERYONE in Costa Rica make very small salaries so an added tip for good service means a lot.

They have 2x Tuesdays, which is a great deal. Two pizzas for the price of one. But the service AND the pizza is horrible. The 1st time we got it, we chose delivery because we were all Netflix and chill mode. Well, that was a big mistake, cuz delivery comes from the Herradura location (10min away) instead of Jaco location (1min away) and they got confused, lost, ran out of gas... So, after many phone calls and apologies on their part, we received the pizza 1.5 hours later, cold and soggy. The second time we went, I opted to pick up thinking this would be a better experience. Nope! Again, bad service and cold, undercooked pizza. Blech!

If you like Pizza Hut in the US you will like it here. Just nice to see a reminder of back home fast food.
