It's A Hot Dog Day - Punta Gorda

This restaurant is situated in a beautiful park that boasts a breathtaking harbor view and a lovely walking path. The area is very clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to visit. There are plenty of parking spaces available at the nearby Fischerdorf. The park offers various amenities including picnic and BBQ areas, a playground, tennis courts, places for playing pimple balls, and a basketball court. Although the park is undergoing some construction to add more parking, it remains open to the public, allowing everyone to enjoy the best that Florida has to offer.

This is a lovely park for children to play in. It has clean bathrooms and a stunning view of the sea with boats and a bridge in the background. It's a great spot to sit at the tables or take a leisurely stroll along the coast.

Gilchrist Park is a fantastic destination! The atmosphere is lively, with friendly people all around. It's a dog-friendly spot, complete with a convenient free dispenser for dog waste bags. Located right by the water, it's the perfect place to catch a stunning sunset! There's even a small sandy beach where you can launch your kayak. Additionally, it's an excellent starting point for a walk along the HarborWalk, which stretches for miles. You can choose to head left or right for different scenic experiences.

The most beautiful park in the area! I love that there is not mulch, it is the safe non-slip rubber-style floor covering. We visited a birthday party and it was perfect! The recreation rooms are very clean, many seats, as there are several picnic tables (also built with baby seats and various levels of benches for children) plenty of shade, lots of parking, beautiful basketball tennis area, which is fenced separately from the playgrounds and a magnificent view of the bay! Not to mention the amazing huge tree in the middle of the park is great for photos!!!

This park's landscape was beautiful!Conveniently located in town, it is a great place for the kids to enjoy a gated play area even while on vacation.
