Riu Naiboa - Punta Cana

We 're currently staying in the hotel and the price-quality ratio is good. Lots of variety in the food each day. And enough choices in beverages, within the all inclusive formula. Do note that it is coming from soda machines and will not taste like anything from a bottle or can. Unfortunately we found that the atmosphere in the bars and restaurants is very 'cold ', since the areas were lit with cold white LED lighting. We also regret the fact that very few of the staff (in the restaurant) speak English. The rooms are fine, but a little dated. The airco in our room couldn 't make it less than 23-24°C and one of the lights in the bathroom didn 't work. The minibar in the room is restocked every two days, which is good. You also have several alcoholic options inside a cabinet. Beds are also on the firm side, but decent. Lots of compliments for the housekeeping, who keep it very clean everyday! They really appreciate tips and give you that extra. When staying in the RIU Naiboa, you can use the gym and wellness facilities of the RIU Palace Bavaro next door. It 's great! Nice gym, steam shower and wellness pool.

Very pleasant stay. Not to busy so no line ups anywhere. Food was very good and the staff was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. This is not $200-300 per night resort. But yet it is very good value for the money.

The room and bathroom are quite small and cramped. But clean and a very comfy bed. A/C was quite ok. The food was way better than I expected after reading other reviews. The salads were fresh and crispy. Guacamole most meals. Not so much for vegetarians but enough . Husband loved the fish for lunch. Pool stays open late, love this. Shows were good. Staff very pleasant. Grounds are gorgeous. The beach is not so far and I found the shopkeepers quickly get to know who is not interested in shopping. Please be polite. These guys are just trying to recover from covid ruining the last two years. I thought it was very good value for .

If there were 10 stars for the evaluation, I would set 10 stars for my stay. Two days ago. Before I left the red reviews, I'm crazy. People complain about old fashion room decoration. Do you live in the room? They have refrigerator and optics with rum and vodka and people are disturbed by the furnishings. Staff very friendly. Yeah, it's loud in the night, but it's a resort. What are people looking for jazz? In the Caribbean? I didn't see mosquitoes or cockroaches. His Caribbean again. There could be bugs and rain. The food I agree was average, but don't forget his buffet and they take care of 100. I had the best time of my life. You don't need money. I just tipped cleaners. And paid for trips. Saona Island and landscape park. Please book with Tui at the hotel. Finally, please do not disturb the negative review. It was absolutely best vacation ever.

I believe our stay at the hotel 11 days in Naiboa was great, from very pleasant service to food!! Jotel as a building is not the latest facility, but it has a good quality clean swimming pool a few bars two restaurants plus a beach bar on the beach
