Mcdonald's Granada Pulianas

Inexperienced staff and they can not cope at busy times there’s only one person serving at front, no body speaks English in a tourist area. To prevent confusion, have been ordering from the kiosk, the staff receive the order in Spanish, but they deliberately miss of things from order and give incorrect items. Have to complain multiple times and write what is wrong on google translate and explain with gestures, even then they act as if they do not understand. Only place we found fillet of fish in Granada, hence the visit but old chewy food, even after specifically saying I need it cooked fresh. Dirty toilets not looked after, just terrible.

So weird they made a mistake on my order, they gave me wings instead of croquettes, I touched them all with my fingers and they put them right back in their wings drawer in the kitchen for another customer to enjoy lol, I thought that everything that went over the counter in a McDonald’s should never go back In the kitchen for another customer I think this is a dirty location since I never saw that practice elsewhere.
