That's exactly what I discovered in Puerto Varas, located in the Lakes Region of southern Chile, at a place called Vicki Johnson's Fine Foods. It's hard to say if it's a café with a shop or a shop with a café, but either way, you can grab a delicious cup of coffee and browse through a variety of gourmet products made on site. They have tempting chocolates, unique wooden crafts of excellent quality, jams, rose petal liqueur, merquén (a spicy dressing), and even clothing made by the owners themselves. It's the perfect place to find original souvenirs to take home.
