Casa Fantasia - Puerto Vallarta

Casa, Nicole is a great restaurant with great food and a great experience. David was our server and he was very attentive so all of our needs. I highly recommend Casa NICOL to anyone visiting Porta Vallarta.

I stayed in the beautiful hotel which is upstairs from the restaurant, and dined here every morning for 9 days. I did not have a single meal that was anything short of spectacular. Having previously worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, I can say that the quality, presentation and service at Casa Nicole was flawless. Thank you to Hugo, Anna, Victor, David, and everyone for a wonderful experience. I wish I could eat here every single day. Be sure to try the fresh pastries which are unreal, the Benedicts, **** Mary’s… I could go on and on. Truly a very special establishment where care and attention is given to every conceivable detail.

We had an excellent breakfast and Enrique was our super friendly server! He gave us great tips for our walking adventure later that day! The omelet was to die for!

Many restaurants boast about their breakfast but Casa Nicole has the true bragging rights. From the moment we’re greeted by the hostess we feel like we’re at a friends house. The hostess is outstanding. Then we’re shown to our regular table and Enrique, one of our favorite waiters takes our order. Both are warm and personable like all of their staff. So many great choices to choose from for both food and beverages. I always have to start with their freshly squeezed orange juice. Sweet delicious. My last visit I had two glasses. It’s that good. I’m addicted to their Del Puerto Omelette. Perfectly cooked every time. Packed with bacon, onions, tomatoes and cheese. Then it’s finished with delicious hollandaise sauce over it with fresh slices of avocado. Hash browns and fruit slices are served on the side. You won’t be disappointed when you stop by Casa Nicole Restaurant for breakfast or brunch.
