Subway - Pueblo

I came here to pick up an order, but the doors were locked an hour before closing time.

I didn't get the name of the person working at the counter or at the reception, but this hardworking individual truly deserves a raise or at least some help managing the overwhelming amount of food orders. During our visit, he was juggling several online orders in addition to the in-store orders all by himself, which made it nearly impossible for him to add ingredients or properly manage his tasks. It’s clear he needs assistance to make his job more manageable.

I've visited this Subway three times, and each time they seem to be out of nearly everything. During busy nights, there's only one staff member working, which makes the experience frustrating.

I went into this subway as a doorway. When I came in, it rained, and there were four people in front of me. I saw behind the theke a person who worked alone, who welcomed every individual customer after me, and was sorry to be the only worker this evening. not only that he has taken every one of them out of stone, but he did it, alone! was that wait a little longer! yes! was my customer and all the other customers agree? yes, for anthony! he keeps this place together. after me some people went in and online orders also pour in. anthony held his cool, continued apologising for so long, and each sandwich looked perfect. anthony should not only take the position of the manager, but should take its own subway! because it is clearly the only one that takes care of being there to help customers in this area and make it perfectly professional. If it wasn't for anthony, this subway wouldn't be what it is. I'd go back because of him, like next time. I hope anthony sees this, he deserves a holiday wherever he wants and an increase!
