Charleys Cheesesteaks - Pt. Charlotte

I ordered online and chose the curbside pick up option clicked the email saying “im here” and I waited 10 minutes after the time that It was supposed to be ready and then I called. I couldn’t get through to anyone. I waited another 10 minutes called again. Still no answer. I couldn’t go inside because I had my two infants with me and I forgot my stroller at home. However I still kept calling hoping I could get through to someone. After 30 mins of waiting Thankfully, I ended up seeing somebody I knew asked them to watch my babies so I could go inside and see what the hold up was on my food. I was told that they don’t do “curbside pickup” at this location but that wasn’t anywhere on that website and I told them that I called several times and waited 30 mins all the kept saying was “we don’t do curbside here” they didn’t offer to remake my food nor give me a refund. Extremely disappointed. And due to waiting for so long our food was soggy gross.

Missing items on my order, hate that. They were standing around not busy, so no excuse.

Food too salty even when asked no salt. will not go back, happened multiple

Tried this for the first time via Uber Eats. One of two things happened: either they completely screwed up the order or gave us the wrong one. An entire sandwich was missing along with the existing three being all wrong. On top of that, the food is mediocre. Penn Station is much better. Would never recommend this place.

It is alright, food has gotten kind of bland lately.
