Subway - Pryor

Just got coupons in the mail yesterday they don’t work. Try it on the app. Don’t work brought it into the store. Got told it’s a problem not a coupon issue had to pay full price.

Passed two times I’ve ordered I always get double meat and cheese and I pay extra for those requests yet get small sandwiches with not a lot on them at all. Won’t be using this subway anymore. I’ve tried multiple times and tired of wasting my money

Apparently they don’t know how to read the order correctly and just ignore special order request. If you choose extra toppings and then get none at all, that is an issue. I can’t ask for a refund because I ordered through their subway app. Of course they’ll replace it if I go up there but that kind of defeats the purpose of paying fees and cost for a delivery ordered. I don’t know why I bother with this place, it’s always wrong. I have pictures of these lame “sandwiches”

Asking for tips at a Subway? I try to be generous, but the owner of this restaurant should pay wages, not me. 1 star.

I tried to take advantage of the buy one footlong get one free but this particular restaurant's online ordering system was offline. I spoke with the manager and she said there was nothing she could do. She knew her system was offline and she refused to honor the promotion. She said I needed to go to another Subway.
