Tamale Market - Provo

Save your money go to Walmart and get the Tamale in the can it has way more flavor for the price.. I'm now selling twinkies!... They identify as Tamales.... Trash or frozen garbage?

AMAZING! Not only were the tamales delicious, but the owner treated us very well! He was courteous, fun to talk to, gave us a free tamale to try before we ordered.

These are such delicious tamales! Moist, flavorful and soft. The owners are very friendly and explained the backstory behind the tamales- learning to make them from his grandmother when he grew up in Tucson. They have many different flavor options- savory and sweet. You buy them frozen to take home. It is a catering business so at first we thought we were in the wrong place, but we were warmly welcomed and even provided with a generous sample to try since it was our first time. We got a half dozen to try multiple kinds, and we will be back for more! Also good to note that they are gluten free, and if you get ones without cheese also dairy free. And there is a vegan option. So something for everyone!
