The staff was so friendly and easy to work. The cook came out and made sure everything was as necessary. The food was amazing. Got the Bruschetta for the appetizers, the fetters Alfredo with salmon and finally had the Italian feast. The two main courts were the award-winning, and they were well worthy of this statement.
Great atmosphere (they had live piano when we were there , great food, and doesn't feel crowded/loud/busy like a lot of the chain restaurants in town (cough Olive Garden cough . The head chef loves his craft and it shows! I ordered the Blackened Cajun Linguine, it was absolutely delicious! The creamy sauce went nicely with the sharp flavor of the Parmesan chicken. My wife had the Pesto Gnocchi, which she enjoyed as well. We will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu (though I will be very tempted to order the Linguine again! .
Arrive before 6:00 PM, and you should be able to walk in without a reservation; otherwise, it's best to call ahead. The food was an amazing combination of unique flavors. Surprisingly, their steaks are among the best in the area. The service was quick and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the portion sizes are definitely worth the price. I have no complaints at all.
The food was good overall. The bruschetta was excellent, and the eggplant parmesan was delicious. However, the vegetables lacked flavor, and the pizza was just average. While I wouldn’t call it truly authentic, it’s definitely better than many Italian restaurants I’ve come across in Utah.
I dine here regularly, and Chef Chad has become a wonderful friend. His dishes are truly delicious—I've had the best Alfredo here that I've ever tasted. I also adore the Pesto Gnocchi, and the basil chicken is fantastic as well. However, last night I tried the steak, and wow. Every bite was a delight. The presentation was stunning and unexpected, with layers of aromas from herbal butter, a complementary sauce, and fragrant rosemary as it was served. Chef Chad is a gem. You can find unbelievable food here at prices comparable to many other restaurants that offer this level of quality.
