Maverik Adventure's First Stop - Provo

The bathroom was closed when I stopped to get gas for safety reasons. Additionally, the pump took my card but wouldn't allow me to refuel, so I had to go somewhere else. The staff seemed unmotivated and could benefit from being more professional.

Always a great stop for a restroom break and water! The place is consistently clean and the staff is really friendly. I always enjoy my visits here!

Nikki was incredibly helpful and compassionate. She went above and beyond to assist me. As someone with a slight disability, I truly appreciated the time she took to ensure I was okay. The only reason I visit this restaurant is because of the care and attention she provided.

I've been staying at this Maverik for months almost daily because of my job. From the first day I loved the staff. They are always friendly, the food is acceptable for gas station food, and the bathrooms have recently taken a nice direction for cleanliness. Everything is in stock every time, and I never had any problems. Overall, I would say that this gas station is better than others in the area.

John is easily the LEAST customer friendly person I've seen work here. Everyone else is always smiling and so nice. This poor excuse for an employee doesn't say a single word to anyone. Doesn't tell you the total of your purchase or anything customer service wise. I truly feel uncomfortable when he is the clerk and I go in there to purchase something. Please either retrain him, or move on from him.
