フィードバックを提供するWow. I am very impressed by Blue Poblano. My husband and I were in Provo and saw a new restaurant, so we had to take a look. The window deeds fired Tacos Churros and I was sold immediately. We ordered some tacos, Chile cheese fries churros, got our drinks and sat in the sweet little dining area. When our food came to our table, my mouth started pouring. The presentation of the food alone was excellent. We started eating and Smirks came across our faces. The food was incredibly delicious and the ingredients were very high quality and the flavors were unique and new. This place doesn't taste like everything I ever had in Utah. Blue Poblano holds a similar taste profile to some of my favorite high-caliber restaurants in Las Vegas. Yeah, so good. I have seen a lot of people complaining about the price; that's not a taco truck. If you want $1,00 Tacos, visit a streetcar or go to Taco Bell. Update: My husband and I went back today (yes; two days in a row and had another great experience. 5 stars forever. We love Blue Poblano.
Tacos are good, but very expensive compared to Don Joaquins down the road. Fries and are wonderful. Fresh churros exceptional, best in my life. Will go just for those.
I got the chicken burrito! It tastes very good and is a good size for the price. The atmosphere and design of the restaurant I also enjoyed a lot. It feels nice. I didn't find anything particularly amazing about the food that really set it apart from other places, but it was still very good.
Ordered the chicken burrito, it took a really long time to come out. I’d say it’s a 6/10 on taste, it was kind of like half wrap and half burrito. I’m still waiting on the churro cake, it’s been quite a while… …Finally got the cake, it was a bit of a disappointment. The cake was hard and dry but the ice cream was good.
I do not recommend this restaurant—instead, I would highly recommend going to Street Tacos Don Joaquin for tacos or Las Brazas for loaded fries. Now, for more details on Blue Poblano so that I can hopefully help you find a better taco: There is no extra salsa or salt sitting out to help season your tacos, which is desperately needed. The tacos cost almost $6.00 EACH after tax, which is absurd for the size of taco you get (see picture . You can get better size, quality, and taste for less than half the price elsewhere. The carnitas we got here were kind of gross tasting. They were really wet and they had too much of a barbecue sauce flavor. The caramelized onions were too much to pair with a mushy meat—fresh, crisp, diced onions would have complimented the soft meat much better than what they currently give you. The carne al pastor is the worst I have had in Utah County. It seems as though they only seasoned it with paprika and anatto, which makes for poor-flavored meat. If you go to other places, carne al pastor will be seasoned with pineapple, chili peppers, vinegar, oregano, and possibly orange juice or bacon—none of which I could taste in this meat. The al pastor here just lacks any special flavor. (I will put another plug in here for Street Tacos Don Joaquin, because they have the best al pastor I’ve had in the U.S. . Loaded fries: these won 1 extra star. The salsa verde is well made. However, I had a much better “loaded fries” experience at Las Brazas Mexican Food. I hope that you found this review helpful. I do not believe that their current menu is even worth a try—consider spending your money elsewhere. Now ÁNDALE, go find yourself some food!
