Little Caesars Pizza - Providence

The crazy bread was literally not cooked. I'm here and everything you can taste is the dough! Smh! Then you call and they either look like they won't hear you or just hang up! I professional and rude!

It took some time to get my pizza they are not hot and ready any more it best to order ahead time to be in and out I have to wait about 40 minutes on 4 pizza

I placed a order for a thin crust. The cashier told me it will be ready in about 13 mins. I got there about 20 mins. Once i got there i heard the cashier asking the cook wheres the pizza. The cook was goofing around and said that he forgot to make it. Now i have to wait for 10 mins. Smh. This place goof around too much with each other and doesnt pay attention on customer orders.

I have been here twice in the last year and the first time nothing was hot and ready and the line was outside wrapping around the building. I went in today and the only thing they had was 2 pepperoni pizzas. No other food option. It wasn't very clean. The monitors displaying the menus/options didn't work. I can't have pork so that was a bummer. I asked the kid what happens when they run out (seeing there was a line of people and only 2 pizzas left) and he said people could still buy sodas. The person in front of me wanted to split tender on her purchase and the cashier said he didn't know how. I don't blame him for this experience. I blame store leadership.

What 's the point of advertising hot and ready . When literally, NOTHING is ready. Was told wait would be 15 mins. for something I 'm supposed to be able to grab quickly go. This place is very close to the area (but still slightly outside the zone) where I dash.. that 's why I went here. Lost money, as a result of having to wait (when I should not have), not getting orders. ZERO stars, would be more accurate.
