The service was excellent, but the circumstances were quite poor.

I experienced poor customer service during my visit. I waited over 5 minutes for a coffee, and when I arrived at the counter, it still wasn’t ready. When I inquired about it, my request was disregarded. When they finally served me the coffee, it was the wrong size.

Homeless woman acosted me behind the building. No mask. They told me not to worry about her. Then I got coffee instead of tea. If I get sick, I will sue the franchise.
