Chipotle Mexican Grill - Providence

I always enjoy having my hot chocolate and cake for dessert, but this time was disappointing. My drink ended up spilling in my lap due to my anxiety when things got busier.

The food is decent, but the prices are quite high considering the portion sizes. I also wish they had mentioned that the children's chicken quesadilla is spicy.

Great food and fantastic service! The staff here really goes above and beyond.

I usually get food from here often. Every time I get a bowl, without fail I have to call out of work the next day because of said bowl.Dietary restrictions: Don't have the food make you call out of work.

Blank meaningless stares from employees taking orders combined with their lack of verbal skills makes even just saying “hi!” Incredibly awkward. Requesting a burrito bowl with chicken results in the employee taking my order realizing there is not enough chicken at the bar. Not the end of the world until I realize that I’m getting a bowl filled with unidentifiable chicken pieces scraped from the bottom of the container. A second veggie bowl (this is for a vegetarian mind you) begins poorly with the rice scoop having a chunk of steak in it. You can call it picky, but I find it pretty inconsiderate to just pick the piece of steak out of the bowl and throw it away like it never happened. Additionally, the grilled vegetables that are the namesake of a veggie bowl were not added. Luckily I was able to get a refund for the chicken bowl, no questions asked.I would rather just go to bed hungry than go to this Chipotle again.
