Trattoria “le Sorelle”

We discovered le sorelle almost by chance. what a wonderful culinary surprise! this is the Italian food they do not find in the lively tourist sites. good honest ingredients with the magic of the secret recipes of grandmama. we tried different pasta dishes. all were absolutely gorgeous.! and to finish, a small Italian coffee that does exactly what they expect: it meets them like a brick:D

Ho pranzato in questa trattoria e ho apprezzato la qualità dei piatti. tra questi un'oncia fresca e ben grigliata e il merluzzo bagnato. Ho anche ottenuto la caponata secondo la ricetta tradizionale e patate al forno. il clima è familiare e autentico. il servizio spensierato e cortese. il conto estremamente corretto.

I guess that's a very nice place, but there were NO print menus, also in Italian, and no one spoke English, so we had to pass this place. the people were willing to work with the use, but we simply couldn't use no printed menu.
