Capuano Italian - PRINCETON JUNCTION

Fantastic food, even if the ambience of a strip-mall-pizzeria counter was a bit spicy. Had small breaks in a white wine sauce and the eggplant parmesan. Both dishes were unbelievable, and I wish I had said to bread, so I would have bitten every last piece of shell sauce.

My family has been going her since I was born, the owner hasn't changed and he is just amazing. Their standard food is good and their fries (when fresh) is amazing.

Lots of young people standing around but an older gentleman was doing 90% of the work. Very friendly and I must say the pizza was very good too.

Great service! Very attentive, polite and got the order just right and on time! Pizza was great- tried fajita, Romano, Buffalo chicken and plain. All of them tasted great

If it?s a hidden jewel in the town, I?d like to say it?s silver. Family friendly eating atmosphere. Waiter waived our dessert fee, he thought we?ve been waiting too long. Actually we really enjoyed the food and time there. Fresh made Garlic bread was great. Definitely will come back.
